Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 10, 2025
Welcome to Mandala Motherhood. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are here to make sure everyone knows the rules of the road. By using our website, you agree to these Terms. Let’s dive in.
What We Offer
Our website is home to:
The Mandala Motherhood podcast
Stiction Story submissions
Digital education and empowerment resources
Non-clinical virtual support services (think mentoring and coaching)
What’s Not Allowed
We’re all about creating a respectful, empowering space. By being here, you agree not to:
Copy, steal, or screenshot our content without giving credit.
Twist our content out of context to make it say things it doesn’t.
Use our site or services to do anything harmful, illegal, or inappropriate.
We reserve the right to block or remove users who don’t follow these rules.
Sales and Payment Policies
All Sales Are Final: We don’t offer refunds on digital resources or services.
Unused Service Payments: If you decide not to use a service you’ve paid for, we automatically set those funds aside to support our bereavement and advocacy work.
User-Generated Content
We love hearing from you! Reviews, comments, and Stiction Stories are welcome. To keep things constructive and supportive, we may edit or remove content when necessary.
Guidelines:
Profanity is okay if it’s used with intention (we believe in the power of words!).
Hateful, offensive, overtly sexual, or inappropriate content is a no-go and will be edited or removed.
By sharing your content, you give us permission to use it in our marketing and communications.
The Legal Stuff
We’re non-medical professionals, offering informational, emotional, educational, and spiritual support. Here’s what that means:
We don’t diagnose conditions or prescribe treatments.
Our services are not a substitute for professional medical care.
We’re here to empower you to make your own informed choices.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania. If any legal disputes arise, they’ll be resolved under Pennsylvania law.
