Hello, friends!
Sara here.
I’m a mom of four, cat lover, damn good cook, and avid learner feeling and growing my way through life after kids. Mandala Motherhood was born from my insatiable curiosity to better understand — and the resultant desire to promote and support — the immense and ongoing personal transformation that occurs as a result of becoming a mother.
In my day job, I wear many entrepreneurial hats and vibe most with the titles “community educator” and “doula.” My work focuses on orienting women to the power already inside of them — because I believe healing the world starts with healing ourselves.

See Me Featured
Safety is the treatment;
connection is the medicine.
The personal changes I experienced after having children, particularly as a result of my two traumatic births, were incredibly disorienting and difficult to navigate. The mainstream support options available to me were exclusively clinical, and the lack of cultural and societal space for the emotional and spiritual transformations I was undergoing left me feeling broken, confused, and angry. I knew I needed — and deserved! — more, but I couldn’t find it.
Now I am creating it for others.
At the center of my style is a steadfast belief that humans are meant to grow and change and that connection is a necessary part of that journey.
My Specialities
I provide virtual coaching and mentorship for:
new parents and families to plan for postpartum, navigate the early days and weeks with a new baby, and process difficult birth stories
entrepreneurs and organizations to create and manifest their visions for community development and educational programming
I have special professional interest in loss, grief, and trauma in the reproductive period and trauma-informed, family-centered care.
