Hi, I’m Sadie.

Sara Sadie BhaduriHauck postpartum doula and educator serving Harford County MD and York County PA

I’m a certified doula and career educator with over 15 years of experience helping adults learn complex skills, make thoughtful decisions, and navigate meaningful life changes.

Birth and early parenthood ask people to do all three at once.

Mandala Motherhood is my small private practice where I offer postpartum support, breastfeeding help, and birth trauma + birth story support for women and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the deeper shifts of becoming a mother. I’m based in Delta, Pennsylvania and work with families in Harford County, Maryland and York County, Pennsylvania.

My work is grounded in practical guidance, emotional steadiness, and honest conversation. My role is to help you understand what’s happening, think clearly about your options, and move forward with more confidence in yourself.
