Step into motherhood confidently
and find the power
that’s already inside of you.
When you become a mother, you cross a threshold. You are profoundly and permanently changed. The intense power of that change, even when long awaited and joyful, can be disorienting and overwhelming. Imagine how navigating the transition could feel if you could lean into the process, access your resilience, and follow your intuition.
You can.
And we can help you do it.
Meet Us,
Sara and Sarah
We’re two Sara(h)s — both moms to four kids, seekers of connection and authenticity, and professional holders-of-space for others. Our work focuses on orienting women, particularly mothers, to the power inside of them so they can heal, grow, and thrive in this new terrain called “life after kids.”
Sara BhaduriHauck holds a bachelor’s degree in biology, a master’s degree in education, and is a certified, trauma-informed doula and community educator. Sarah Conklin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and is a professional relationship coach with an emphasis on mindfulness and meditation.
Mandala Motherhood was born from our passion to better understand, promote, and support the immense and ongoing transformation of becoming a mother. By joining us, and by interfacing with your own journey with intentionality and purpose, you are nurturing a culture of deeper appreciation for the power and wisdom of motherhood.
The key to empowered motherhood
is support.
Having a guide on the journey reduces feelings of overwhelm and uncertainty. You don’t have to do it alone; let’s walk your path together.
Feel more confident
in your journey through motherhood.
Stay tethered
to your center through the changes ahead.
Being truly held and having your experience witnessed by another helps you stay connected to who you are at your core.
Uncover the answers
and resilience
that are already inside of you.
Unlike others, we don’t give advice or prescribed instructions to follow. We help you tap into your innate wisdom and power so you can confidently set your own path.
